Time Series AI Studio is developed and operated by Xishang Technology ("we", "us", or "our").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information Time Series AI Studio may collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Microsoft Store Purchase Information
If you purchase or restore a Pro or Ultimate upgrade through Microsoft Store, the application may process information required to verify your purchase, including:

- Purchase entitlement status
- License or ownership information
- Purchase verification information
- Associated Time Series AI Studio account identifier
Payments are processed by Microsoft. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, bank account number, or other payment credentials.
2. Imported Data and Time Series Files
Time Series AI Studio allows users to import datasets and scientific or engineering files for forecasting and analysis.
Examples may include:
- CSV
- Excel
- MAT
- NPY / NPZ
- HDF5
- JSON
- Parquet
- Scientific and engineering data formats supported by the application
The application is designed to process imported datasets locally on your Windows device during normal forecasting and analysis workflows.
We do not intentionally upload the contents of your imported datasets to our servers as part of normal time series forecasting, AutoML, model comparison, or report generation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to process any data imported into the application.
3. Generated Results and Reports
Time Series AI Studio may generate:
- Forecast results
- Model rankings
- Statistical metrics
- Confidence intervals
- Data quality information
- Feature importance information
- PDF reports
- Excel reports
- CSV files
These outputs are normally created and stored locally on the user's device in locations selected by the user.
We do not automatically collect these generated reports.
4. How We Use Information
We may use account and application information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users
- Synchronize Free, Pro, and Ultimate membership status
- Verify Microsoft Store purchases
- Restore previously purchased upgrades
- Prevent unauthorized access to paid features
- Provide customer support

- Improve reliability and functionality
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Authentication and Supabase
Time Series AI Studio currently uses Supabase for certain backend services, including account authentication and membership management.
Information required for authentication and account management may be processed by Supabase in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
We use only the information necessary to provide account and membership functionality.
6. Microsoft Store
Time Series AI Studio uses Microsoft Store for Pro and Ultimate purchases and purchase restoration.
Microsoft may independently process information associated with your Microsoft account, purchases, payment methods, device, and Store activity.
Microsoft's processing of such information is governed by Microsoft's own privacy policies.
Time Series AI Studio receives only the information needed to determine whether the relevant Microsoft Store product is owned or licensed by the user.
7. Local Session Storage
To keep users signed in, Time Series AI Studio may store authentication session information on the user's Windows device.
On supported Windows systems, sensitive session information may be protected using Windows security mechanisms such as Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI).
Users may sign out of the application to end their active session.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may be shared only when necessary with service providers that support the operation of Time Series AI Studio, such as:
- Supabase for authentication and backend account services
- Microsoft for Microsoft Store licensing and purchase verification

Account and membership information may be retained for as long as necessary to:
- Maintain your account
- Provide purchased product entitlements
- Restore purchases

Locally imported datasets and generated reports remain under the user's control and can be deleted by the user from their device.

However, no computer system, network, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should protect their Windows account, device, email account, and login credentials.
