Effective Date: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LLM & Agent Learning Studio Windows desktop application, course content, quizzes, coding exercises, learning-progress features, AI integrations, paid features, and related services provided by Hangzhou Xishang Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Educational Service
LLM & Agent Learning Studio provides educational material related to large language models, AI agents, tool calling, agent loops, software construction, MCP, skills, coding workflows, quizzes, exercises, projects, and related modern software-development topics.
The application may include free lessons, paid lessons, progress tracking, quizzes, project exercises, and other educational features. Feature availability may change as the product evolves.
2. Educational and Technical Disclaimer
The application is intended for education and skill development. Course content, examples, code, AI explanations, quizzes, and project guidance may contain errors or may become outdated as models, APIs, frameworks, and development practices change.
You are responsible for independently reviewing code before running it and for validating technical information before using it in production, research, security-sensitive, safety-critical, or commercial systems.
Completion of a course, quiz, exercise, project, or certificate does not guarantee employment, academic credit, professional qualification, or mastery of any technology.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. The application may use Supabase Auth to provide registration, email verification, sign-in, password reset, session management, and account-related access control.
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Free and Paid Access
The application may provide a combination of free content and paid access. Paid features may be offered through a Microsoft Store add-on or other Store-supported purchase model.
Microsoft processes payment information and determines Store transaction status under its own terms. We may verify Store entitlement information to unlock or restore paid features.
Purchasing a paid tier grants access to the features associated with that entitlement; it does not transfer ownership of the application, course content, or underlying intellectual property.
5. Learning Progress and Local Data
The application may save learning progress, quiz completion, lesson state, preferences, or similar educational state so that users can continue where they left off.
Some state may be stored locally on the user's Windows device and some account or entitlement state may be associated with the signed-in account. Users should not rely on the application as the sole archive for important academic or work records.
6. User-Provided API Keys and Local Models
The application may support learning workflows that connect to user-selected AI APIs or local models. If you choose to use a third-party API, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining and protecting your own API credentials
- Complying with the third-party provider's terms and acceptable-use rules
- Paying any fees or token charges billed by that provider
- Reviewing the provider's privacy and data-retention practices
- Ensuring that prompts, files, code, or other information sent to the provider may legally be shared
We are not responsible for charges, outages, model behavior, rate limits, policy changes, or data handling by third-party model providers.
7. Code Execution and Development Tools
Lessons or projects may involve Python, local code execution, external tools, packages, APIs, shell commands, or other development activities.
You are responsible for reviewing commands and code before executing them, using suitable backups, protecting credentials, and avoiding unsafe or unauthorized actions. Do not run code on systems or data you are not authorized to access.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the application or related services to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
- Distribute malware or intentionally harmful code
- Abuse account, licensing, entitlement, or device-authorization mechanisms
- Resell or redistribute protected course content except where expressly permitted
- Remove or bypass technical protection measures except where permitted by law
9. Intellectual Property
The application, software interface, original course materials, text, graphics, examples, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Hangzhou Xishang Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use course examples and exercises for personal learning and legitimate project work, subject to any third-party license that applies to included libraries, frameworks, datasets, or code.
10. Third-Party Services
The application may rely on services such as Supabase for authentication, Microsoft Store for distribution and purchases, and user-selected AI providers or local-model software. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Availability and Changes
We may add, change, reorganize, suspend, or remove lessons, examples, integrations, features, or supported models as the field evolves. We do not guarantee that every third-party API, model name, package, or external service will remain available indefinitely.
12. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, repeated violations of these Terms, or misuse of paid entitlements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will use reasonable measures consistent with the nature of the issue.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application and educational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, specific learning outcomes, compatibility with every device or third-party service, or suitability for a particular professional purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hangzhou Xishang Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the application, third-party APIs, code execution, lost learning progress, external service charges, or reliance on educational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the application, course structure, paid features, third-party integrations, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
